Late December I found that Pomplamoose was going to have their very first live show. I knew I had to go. So I invited my friend Hanford Lemoore who runs a great site dedicated to all things Tiki called Tiki Central and a small digital camera. Had a great time at the show which was in mid January. I recorded all the Pomplamoose songs and posted them on my Chad Spacey YouTube channel. Here is the Pomplamoose song Centrifuge. Enjoy!

First Artist in the Showcase is Pomplamoose

I just found Pomplamoose last year early December. After my discovery, I researched them on YouTube and found that the two artists, Nataly Dawn and Jack Conte came together early summer 2008 to form Pomplamoose. They seemed to have created a new style of music video editing called VideoSong. The VideoSong edit style has the musicians recording the music on video and splicing the each beat or note of video into visual Music Video. I’m very happy to have Pomplamoose first on my YouTube Artist Showcase. I hope you enjoy my new blog!
